Negative: Reckless driving by a company truck, property damage (ceiling chunks), unprofessional behavior (sexism, mansplaining, disregard for property), noise pollution, and slow resolution of damages.
Positive: Positive experiences with quick and efficient service, reasonable pricing, and overall satisfaction.

This morning on the one of the drivers on the 91 east around 8;40am was tail gating me and driving like a mad man be careful when you see one of the trucks

This company has caused physical damage to the home that I work out of. Chunks of ceiling were knocked out because of the work they’re still currently doing (2 weeks on) on an upstairs unit. I was appalled at the lack of care or responsibility taken by the workers and I’m angry that my place of work is not safe for the children who live here during the daytime hours because of the mess and noise pollution that starts at 7:30 am. Let’s also touch on the blatant sexism, mansplaining and disregard for other people’s property. I was talked over and called sweetie by the stocky bald guy when I was trying to let them know that they caused damages and was told that this happened a lot and that they will “take care of it “. That is unacceptable. You don’t damage someone’s home and act like it’s no big deal. I am not the homeowner, I’m the red haired babysitter so don’t try to be petty and punish them for your poor service and my big mouth. This company is not operating at the correct standard.

Great guys and great service! They figured out my shower issue and had it wrapped up in half an hour. Highly recommend.
